"Prices were clear, really clear before checkout"
No weird fees popped up at the end, which I really appreciated. It felt honest, and made the whole checkout feel easy.

"Classic personalized stationery that turned out just right"
I ordered a set of simple personalized stationery from americanstationery.com, and it was pretty much exactly what I was hoping for. The paper has that clean, classic look without feeling overly fancy, and the lettering came out crisp and nicely spaced, just like it showed in the preview.
Everything arrived in good shape, and the packaging kept the paper from getting bent or marked up. It did take a little bit to get here, but nothing unreasonable for personalized stationery. I’ve already used a few notes and really like how polished they look, so I’d definitely order again when I’m running low.

"Helpful support when I needed it"
I had a small issue with my order, so I sent customer service an email, not really expecting a fast reply. They got back to me the next day, which felt quick to me, and their response actually answered what I was asking instead of just giving a generic reply.

It didn’t take a bunch of messages to get everything sorted, which I appreciated. I’m taking off one star because the first response felt a little brief, but in my view, the overall experience was still solid and hassle-free

"Pretty nice invites, with a couple little hiccups"
We got our wedding invitations from americanstationery.com, and overall they came out nice. The paper had a good feel to it, and the design was basically what we chose online. Something about it felt a little more personal once we saw them in person.

The only downside was that shipping took longer than I thought it would, which made me a little nervous with wedding stuff already being stressful. A few of the envelopes also had small marks on them, not enough to ruin anything, but still kind of frustrating.

I did reach out to customer service, and they got back to me, just not as quickly as I would’ve liked. Overall, I’d say it was fine, not perfect, but not bad either. I might order from them again, especially if I wasn’t in a rush

"Good for our office order, but instructions could be clearer"
We ordered a big batch for the office, and everything arrived correctly. Shipping was smooth too, so no complaints there. I do wish the instructions or details had been a little clearer upfront, but overall it worked out fine

"Envelopes were okay, but something felt a little off"
I ordered some envelopes from americanstationery.com, and they did show up quickly, which I appreciated. The paper feels decent enough, but a few of the corners were slightly bent when I opened the box, so something felt a little off right away.

They’re fine for everyday mailing and I’ll still use them, but they weren’t quite as sturdy or thick as I expected. For the price, I was hoping they’d feel a bit nicer. Not a terrible purchase, just more average than I thought they’d be

"I was trying to order some stationery..."
I was trying to order some stationery, but the site felt a bit outdated and clunky. The pages were loading slowly for me, and it took longer than it should have to find what I needed. Checkout was also a little confusing, and I had to go back a couple times to fix things. I’m sure other customers would have an easier time ordering if the website was cleaned up and made more user-friendly. It’s not the worst experience, but it definitely could use some improvements.

"Monogram looks really nice"
I’m quick to judge stuff like this by the first look, and the monogram passed that test right away. It came out clean, easy to read, and looks really nice overall

"Seems like a solid place"
I've ordered from them a couple of times now, and from what I remember, everything went smoothly. I don’t recall any issues with shipping, which is usually the part I’d remember if it went wrong. Overall, they seem reliable enough to me

"Colors turned out just how I hoped"
I ordered custom stationery and was really pleased with how it came out. The colors were close to what I saw on my screen, which isn’t always the case with printed stuff. It looked just like I expected, and I’m really happy with the final result

"Reordering was surprisingly painless"
I was expecting reordering my envelopes to be annoying, since that kind of thing usually turns into a hassle. But my old info was still saved, so I didn’t have to re-enter everything from scratch. It took maybe two minutes, and checkout was straightforward. I was kind of waiting for something to go wrong, but it didn’t.

"Decent ordering experience, but a little slow"
Ordering from americanstationery.com was okay overall. The site felt a bit outdated and slow at times, so it took me longer than I expected to find what I needed and get through checkout. I was also paying close attention to the price, so I spent a little extra time making sure everything looked right before placing the order. "Personalization was close"
I ordered some note cards with my name on them, and overall they came out nice. The spelling was right, which was my main worry, and the font looked just like the preview, so that part was... yeah, no complaints there.

The only thing I noticed was the spacing looked a little off-center on a few of the cards. Not awful or anything, just enough that I kept noticing it. Shipping was fine, and I’d probably order again, but next time I’d look over the proof way more carefully before..

"Felt a bit like a bait and switch on delivery"
I ordered some envelopes because the site made it seem like they’d arrive in about a week, which was exactly what I needed. Then they didn’t show up until almost three weeks later, and there were barely any updates in between. The envelopes themselves were fine, but the shipping estimate felt misleading. Kind of had that bait-and-switch feeling, and now I’m not sure I’d trust their delivery times again.

"My order came fast, but the initials were wrong"
My stationery showed up quickly, which was nice, but part of the order had the wrong initials on it. Customer service did fix the issue, so I’ll give them credit for that, but it was still really frustrating. I had to spend extra time and energy dealing with something that should’ve been right the first time, i hate wasting energy on avoidable mistakes like this.

"They fixed my order issue really quickly"
I had a small issue with my order, nothing major, but I noticed it while I was going through my emails after dinner and figured I’d reach out before I forgot. I emailed them and expected it to take a while, but they got back to me quickly and took care of it without making it into a whole back-and-forth thing. It was just easy, which I really appreciated. "Decent deals, but nothing too exciting"
Well... I ordered from American Stationery after spotting a promo code, and the discount did help a little. That said, the shipping cost kind of cut into what I was saving. They do run sales here and there, but the deal wasn’t quite as good as I was hoping. Overall, it was fine, but next time I’d probably hold out for a better offer.
